Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and personable Leasing Consultant to join their client's vibrant 55+ senior community in California. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to senior residents and assisting with their leasing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting prospective residents with inquiries and providing detailed information about the community and available units.
• Conducting property tours and highlighting the features and benefits of the community to potential residents.
• Managing leasing applications and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with current residents, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure units are move-in ready and addressing any maintenance issues reported by residents.
• Keeping accurate records of all leasing activities and updating the property management system as necessary.
• Organizing community events and activities to engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Supporting the property management team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in property management or leasing is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi and comfortable learning new software systems.

Required Work Hours

The position requires work from Monday to Friday, during the first shift hours.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00-$25.00 per hour.
